Shocking Service after 10 yrs as a loyal custome

My 3G contract expired at the end of October I phoned twice to confirm this as I didnt want to renew. I have now been charged for November, December and January. I have spent 30 mins listening to a call centre and then cut off twice... and they are a so called communications company. I have been with vodacom for over 10 yrs but will not be renewing my contract. I don't deal with!!!
