I took out a new cellphone contract with vodacom. I was phoned by a consultant from Elite Mobile. I placed my requirements (phone with bbm, also if I will be able to port my old cellphone number). The sales person was so addament in selling the product that he promised me everything. He sold me a Samsung Galaxy Ace. This phone has no bbm, and apparently my number cannot be ported! I feel misled and I made various calls and yet no reply. My query is logged and they take forever to give feedback.
