Poor Service, No Feedback

I upgraded from a 1Mb line to a 4Mb line recently. I was assured only P2P is throttled. I took a Home package since the Business was quite a bit more expensive. Only the contention ratio or number of people in my "pool" is affected, Otherwise, apart from minor things, they are the same. I use internet on a daily basis, as well as for XBOX360. I made it clear that I was a gamer and was told it will be faster. It was. I really got what I paid for and was happy. 3 Months later XBOX downloads became impossible and took 3 weeks on average per game. Insane!!

I troubleshooted and read up on absolutely everything and concluded that either the XBOX servers or my ISP are to blame. Sent a friendly email to eliminate my ISP as possible cause. Got a useless 2 sentence reply that solved nothing. Sent another email. No reply. Sent friendly email to Complaints. No reply. Sent a rude email to Complaints. No reply.4 Emails and 3 weeks later and still no word. As a last resort I took up a trial at another ISP. Downloads are super fast. and it costs R250 less!

I sent a cancellation email to Accounts. No reply. 3 Days later I phoned, just to be sure they cancelled. PLEASE DO NOT PHONE ME.
