On the 18nth November i settled my RCS Game Account which was handed over to VVM attorneys. I have since then sent them three email requests to [Email Removed] and thier complaints manager email address and no reply [Email Removed] I need the Paid up letter to be sent to the applicable ITC bureau's so that the account can be removed. it almost 30 days now with no reply from both email addresses.
