NO RESPONSE TO A PAYING CLIENT

I have been posting for a while to MTN and have got little to no response at all via phone, twitter and facebook.

I hate the fact I have to be rude and bitter about this currently as I have lost my cool, I am paying for a service and have been without a phone for over a month now and during the festive season. The few times i got a response was has this been sorted out.

I have emailed, I have wasted many hours on hold with no answer.

If and when I ever get a response from MTN, it will take a few more weeks I suspect for them to replace my phone which I have already blocked and have had the police report for many weeks now.

MTN you are currently in very bad books with me at the moment but what do you care as I am one of a few million customers that you couldn't care less about. I can only assume you are all laughing at us unhappy customers while you waste mine and I can guarantee many thousands of your loyal paying customers
