MTN, please help me. I am recently getting harassed by "Unknown Caller ID" phone calls. I get them constantly and daily. It has only started recently and if I answer, there is just silence on the other side. I can sometimes hear that it is a machine (Probably a call centre dialler). There MUST be a way for you guys to block ANY and ALL "No Caller ID" calls coming to my phone. It is starting to mess with my productivity now and really upsetting me whenever the phone rings. Please can you let me know what my options are. Is there any way of identifying the companies that are harassing me like this? Or any way of simply blocking them at a service provider level (you guys)? If it continues, I will be forced to close this account to stop it. I will not tolerate this kind of harassment from call centres. You are my service provider and if you can help me, I will definitely give you a glowing review on HelloPeter. I marked this as a compliment, as it is not MTN that is the problem here. But I do expect you guys to be able to point me in the right direction. Please, please, please help me. Thank you.
