I received my bill from Mtn as per normal every month. I open it up and look at my bill as I do every month, then I notice I've been billed for my data, I look into my older accounts and notice that I have been billed 9cents and I phone to enquire how my bill has jumped from 9cents to over R200.00. I log a query, don't get given a turn around time but I am advised this will be resolved before the bill is due. A month later I've spoken to a few more ppl to get the issue sorted out and still no joy. My money has been deducted but still no resolution to my query. Phone again to find out what's happening and again I was given the run around. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth regarding mtn.
