I thought things were bad when we tried to port my daughter's cell number away from this incompetent firm but that was a breeze at 4 weeks compared to the FIVE weeks so far we have been trying to move my partners numbers. No response to phone calls, misinformation, wrong advice all the tricks in the book to avoid closing the account and prevent change of supplie
