I have received a bill from Telkom that doesn't match my quotation. I have received sms's saying that if we don't pay the account will be suspended. I Have called the Telkom help line for over 3 days and I get cut off every time. I have emailed the accounts department too, however I am not sure how long this will take to get a reply.
I went with Telkom as their quote was of great value however I am starting to believe that there were many hidden costs involved, should this be the case then the quote almost becomes double and I therefore do not see the value of the contract. Furthermore should this be the case then their marketing is VERY misleading...
I am trying to short this out in order for my account not to be suspended however this is proving to be rather difficult as there is NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
How can I go forward without Telkom's assistance!?!?!?!
