I have been struggling for four months to get my adsl working properly, only to discover now that telkom still has the pervious owners details for my house. they are clueless when it comes to resolving complaints.i say this out of frustration. this is the first time i have ever had to resort to hello peter to try and get something resolved. the one transfers you to the next one. i think they are sitting in their office chairs laughing at us.
