I have am so angry with Cell C, they have been over charging me for the past 3 months they have been debiting an extra R141 from my account including R387 for my contract, which is a straight package, where I receive 50 minutes and 50 sms but they charging me R387 monthly and then when I called the Call centre today the lady whom i spoke to said that they over charging me because that is not the cost of the package I am referrring to. I logged a complaint and received a reference number and they confirmed that they would revert back to me within 24-48 working hours. It has been 2 weeks and have no feedback. I don't know what to do anymore and calling their call centre isnt helping. I have even visited a branch and nothing. I'm sick an tired of cell c and all they do is make empty promises. My husband is experiencing the same problems with Cell c, they just never seem to get back to you if it involves them owing you monies.
