I get a call on the 19 march from MBD attorneys stating i owe them R4500 from a cell c account. I immediately went the same day to cell c to enquire on what the is going on. Cell c tells me that they have no details on their systems of amounts owing but i HAD two accounts with them Their legal department or customer services will be able to sort it out. I got a reference number from cell c and i contacted MBD and informed them of the query with cell c and gave them the reference number. Two days later i get a call from an agent asking when am i making payment, a few days later i receive about 5 sms saying i did not make a payment on my account and i never made arrangements with anybody at mbd or cell c as my itc report also shows this account is paid up and closed. i spoke to 2 managers and they requested me to email them stating i want to challenge this claim that i owe them but i still dont get any feedback from them. i recieve calls every second day but each agent states that they waiting for the managers to update the query.
MBD if the only way to get a response from you is via hello peter you need to get you staff in order as you claim to be financial attorney's
