I have been experiencing billing issues with Vodacom since before Christmas! My account has been debited incorrectly REPEATEDLY!!! I have contacted them at least 10 times & was promised a call back by several people including a manager!! So far? not a single email, sms or even phone call (as promised). I have even mentioned that I was going to write this report & it seems as if they don't really care as i have still not been contacted. As a result, i have had to contact my bank to prevent Vodacom from eventually debiting my entire salary, which in turn is going cause more issues which they probably still wont resolve. When a manager provides 'assurance' and cannot fulfil, makes one wonder! Vodacom- Power to you? more like Vodacom- Pathetic to you!!!
