I am waiting for Telkom to phone me and I have been waiting for 2 weeks. My querry has been escalated twice and the technicians has yet to phone me. The Service providers on the phone has yet to phone me back. The consultants at the Centurion branch has yet to phone. Each of these consultants has each promised to phone me the same day.
This is in regards to my Installation of my landline, adsl, wifi. at my place of residence in PTA.
