I have been a Nashua Mobile client for ten years and have absolutely no joy in getting quality service form this company. I have two lines which are due for upgrades and I called today to get someone to explain the different packages and options. I was referred to Leticia Hayes, but ended up speaking to Liezel. This call was made around 12h00 and she promised to return my call within 15minutes as she was busy with a client. I thought this was fair and agreed. I called three hours later as she by this time still did not return my call. The receptionist again took my details and undertook to get them to return my call. The end of the business day came and went and I still have not had any response from Nashua Mobile. As a loyal client with an impeccable payment record, I think this is unacceptable.
