7 Day rolling Window

I have now been an Web africa client since January 2012 and the thing that motivated me to go to Web africa was your 7 rolling window with the uncapped accounts as I exactly predict when I will be throttled and when not, as this was my biggest concern when I was with other ISP's I was throttled for a little out of the ordinary use. In my opinion it was a brilliant concept and I was willing to more for using Web africa's uncapped account as I always new were I stood.

In November I made a shocking discovery and found that the 7 day rolling was no longer used, I have no Idea when this stopped as I was never notified regarding Web africa stopping to use this system.

Currently I am considering moving to a different ISP as you are still more expensive than your competition and I no longer have any Idea were I stand with my usage, I my opinion the new star system of yours tells me nothing.
