Helping clients incorrectly.
Waiting game at Cresta. First someone helps you by pointing you to someone to help you, then when that person eventually can help you... you are at the wrong person, then waiting for the manager to complain. Had to leave because could not wait any longer.
Issue still not resolved as the customer care service takes you in circles. Hahaha.
