I have had many encounters with Cell C in 2013. My phone was cutt off for charges they were charging me and I was not using and I lost alot of business and they have also put a mark on my credit scoring. I have complained about it numerous times and eventually this year it seems they have fixed that problem without any compesation or apologies for the time and money lost... Now this year they start with a fresh problem. I get a 30 sms bundle apon recharge the 21st of every month but I have loaded R75 for a bunde the 1st or 2nd of this month aswel. I know for a fact I have only sent 3 sms's this year so far as I keep record of it due to them doing me in last year. So I tried to send an sms today and it keeps failing and it showed that I have 46 available sms's. When I pnoned the call centre they said those sms's were for the top I did and that I had used all 30 sms's since the first till now. the operator started giving me numers of smses I supposedly sent to and those two specifically I dod not sent to as the one is an friends ex which I only had contact with last year October for a birthday I was planning and te other is for a customer which I know is on holiday.
