Poor Response time For Previous Complaint!!!

UTTERLY DISGUSTED! with service rendered even when stated by responding agent. I have yet to receive a call or postivie feedback (and this case was suppose to be a matter of urgency). Complaint was escalated from August last year followed up again in January and still waiting while my account is being debited with no service rendered!!!
