Unsolicited Services being billed for through MTN

I received my monthly tax invoice from MTN for the month of November and realised there was an amount of R464.90 for content charges. I approached MTN to enquire and was told that I was billed by Mira for services rendered. MTN then contacted MIRA and was told that they will take me off their lists.

After many letters back and forth to MTN and Mira I got a reply from Mira in which they claim that I had subscribed to their way of doing business. I then realised why STUTTAFORDS is sending these irritating sms, s to my cellphone!!! I then contacted Stuttafords and asked them to stop pestering me. I have never been into a Stuttafords shop and will never buy from them. To me this is a because normally I dont even opt out of these sms's... I just DELETE it. I can honoustly say I have NEVER EVER AGREED to any service with any one of MTN MIRA or STUTTAFORDS. I dont know how many older people get caught by this way of advertising and misuse of their cellphone contracts. I wish I could stop my dt. order with MTN because I am really disappointed. I will appreciate it if you can tell me what to do next to get my money refunded. Regards and thank you for listening.
