Mtn debited my account for almost R450. But. Do not have a contract or even a mtn number. When I emailed them they referred me and said they will be happy for me to hello Peter them. I have tried to call them spoke to a manager that told me this was all sorte. Out and would not happen. Clearly the manager gave me incorrect information too. It is completely unacceptable behaviour and no one cares to sort the issue out.
