The last time a customer care agent phoned me back (and couldn't hear me properly because of the signal breaking up!) and guess what they did - seeing that I am complaining that I cannot stay connected to a data-signal and that almost every call I make, I have to make twice or more - they sent me an E-MAIL!!! with a list as long as my arm with information to fill in and then e-mail back to them.
What part of coverage complaint is not clear?
It is NOT my handset, as I have inserted sim cards from other networks and they work fine and I do not only have one cell c line. IT IS A NETWORK ISSUE!!!
I work in Limpopo and live in Gauteng. They promised me the Gauteng updates are done and that I should not have any more problems, but that they are still busy with Limpopo and will look into this. NO joy!
I have been a contract customer for almost a month - extremely frustrating!!
And just for laughs - I am posting this complaint from a vodacom line!! no issues.
