Pathetic customer service

Online was committed with my ID number to open cell phone contacts from all service providers. I was advice to get an avadavat from the
Police station and a case number which I did. Then went back to service providers gave them the details to close the accounts.
To my surprise 8ta are sending me texts from collections to pay them. After asking Lina the manger of Hatfield branch at the time
to make sure that the accounts are closed nothing was done. This only proves that she is pathetic manager who can
not do a simple tusk. I later went to the Brooklyn shop hoping that someone will rectify her incompetence and was horrified to find the same manager.
I Politely informed her of the situation and again she did nothing.

Where in the world do find this person!
Clearly she does not know what she is doing

I am gutted!!!
