I am trying to get hold of someone at the LENASIA police station to find out how far is my case that needs investigation. Since my case has been opened, I have had no response or feedback except a case number. I can't even get hold of anyone. From the start I had PATHETIC SERVICE!!! It was an effort to open the case in the 1st place as no one wanted to assist. I have called the Head office in PTA they can't even find LENASIA police station on their system. The lady puts me through to complaints. GUESS WHAT NO ANSWER!!! And we are supposed to feel safe. We are supposed to count on SAPS to help us. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
