Last year i received a phone call from Capitac to confirm my details with them. I then told them i don't have an account with them, So i visited one of their branch to find out that there is someone in Johannesburg who is using the ID.
They advised me to check with home affair if the mistake wasn't made by them. Home affairs then confirmed that am the only person they issued this ID number to. Capitac then advise me to open a case at the police station. I did that last year March till today this guy is walking free.
This year i had to re open the same case only to find out that the police had close the case without finding the culprit.
This year May i received a letter saying i have to go and renew my taxi license disc and the last time i check i had no taxi. Now I cant license my new car because of this guy and the police are doing nothing about it.
