From late November till today I have had a grand total of 5 days use of my uncapped ADSL line. From the 17th Dec to current I have had no Internet nor telephone line and furthermore still do not know if the problem has been resolved. As I run my business from home I have been crippled due to no service. Furthermore my operating cost for December have been sky rocketed due to lack of services and the use of my private phone to contact telkom just for an update and progress on the fault. All I am looking for is an answer as to when my fault will be attended to and fixed for good and stop this intermittent service.
