Ad customer service

My contract phone was delivered to my work today, but due to a spelling error on my street address on my application i could not receive my phone because it did not correspond with my proof of address which is required upon delivery, i tried to call customer care to get this sorted out, but i was put on hold for almost 10 minutes with that stupid mtn song playing the whole time, and after holding the phone for all that time it cut, they dropped, this is bad customer service, now i wasn't able to receive my phone or even fix the error because the customer service is terrible
