I am disgusted by the service just given to me by Dinesh at Vodacom Gateway. He is arrogant and rude.
I am trying to get hold of the repair centre who is not answering their phone he cannot give me an alternative number to get hold of them or try in anyway to assist. However he proudly tells me is situated across the way from them and is not sure why they are not answering there phones but he has his own shop to run and he cannot keep helping people who phone in. Apparently I am the 9th customer who had this difficulty.
He then says I can phone regional office to lay a complaint 082 1909 option 6 which also doesn't work.
This is disgusting service and I am shocked they can continue like this.
