Well its been almost a month now and I still don't have my handset.
They have been doing this from the start of my problem... PASSING THE BUCK!!
From NM to MTN to INSURANCE then FROM MTN to NM to INSURANCE!!! Now apparently my handset went from NM to ITT and they cant help me or tell me any more because its out of there hands??? What nonsense is that because, at the end of the day they are MY SERVICE PROVIDER and they don't care
Are they even getting a phone sent to me? Will I have a phone sometime this year???
