Good day

Kindly note below:

- I booked in my blackberry phone for repairs, as it was not charging on the 9th December 2013
- When I called in three days later, I was told the phone was sent to JHB and it would take three weeks
- I called in again, only to be told it would cost R1800 to repair, I then asked for the phone to be sent back
- Job reference 9449154-30378012

Complaint:
- Very bad feedback, I was not continually informed
- The phone did not even last for 2 years
- The repairs are far too high,

I am very upset, especially since this was a contract phone.
