I have recharged my account which shows a positive balance, however when I use the *111# service to transfer air time to my wife's number the system comes up with an error message that I don't have sufficient funds to do a transfer. I then tried to contact vodacom customer service for the last two days but have failed as when you dial their customer service you are redirected to an automated system which is only in afrikaans
