Prescribed account - 13 years late

When I tried opening a new bank account I was told that Vodacom had listed me for none payment of an account, which was strange cause I had a Vodacom account 13 years ago.

After calling Vodacom 5 ties and being put through their pointless automated queuing system 4 times, I was told the account had been PRESCRIBED and that a team leader would get back to me to resolve the problem.

This was on the 6th February 2013!!! It has now been more than two months since Vodacom said they would contact me and when I call them I am placed into a pointless automated queuing system that does not help me at all.

Who do I contact to sort this problem out?
Why can I not speak to Vodacom Legal Department directly regarding this matter?
Why put a person through to automated system that does not help?
Why has no one gotten back to me regarding this when I was told someone would be contacting me?
Will someone contact me now?
