Yesterday I went to Telkom to get some help in understanding my Telkom bill. We cancelled the data part of our account and I wanted to understand when and how that will reflect on my new telkom bill. I had to ask many questions in order to fully understand, but the sales lady grew more irritated with every question I asked. After I finally understood, I asked for the most recent amount that I owe according to the telkom system. She was now very agitated and jumped up mumbling something about the fact that she needs to be working on someone else's contract. It was a very unpleasant experience.
