28 August 2013 i applied for a elite mobile phone contract, I never received the phone but i saw debits on my bank statement. i called 7October to enquire and cancel contract. I was told the courier could not get hold of me for delivery but I never received even a voice massage or sms or email informing me of this, but they continued debiting my account for a phone i do not have. Even after canceling the contract and the so called value added services in October they continued billing for value added services until 20 December. I have had to stop the debit orders at the bank because I do not trust them!
