My phone (Blackberry) has only now gone out of warranty and has already been sent away on more than 5 separate occasions, I've had the battery replaced 3 times and the phone replaced. After numerous complaints that the phone has been a dud since day one I can not get someone to either cancel my contract which I pay monthly or give me the option to change phones.
The service I receive is "I don't care attitude" or there is nothing wrong with the phone when it wont even switch on in front of them.
My phone is once again broken!
