Cancel my whole number without any notice?

This is the worst service i have ever recieved from anyone in life, my number has been cut off for good...
i phoned the ceo department to sort out my account related query and not even them could do anything now its time to do legal action im taking you guys to court for every single cent im losing everyday with my number being off
