I have a contract with autopage for a few years.however recently i travelled to Mauritius on the 1/1/13 to 8/1/13 when arriving back i was shocked to receive a bill for gprs charges to the amount of R 2317.92 .on the billing statement it appears that from the time i left S.A till arriving back that my phone has been on the Internet for almost eight days continuously.this includes while flying on air Mauritius going and coming (impossible);while walking under the sea;sleeping ;dining, zip lining;and various other activities you do on holidays.on reporting this to customer services i was given a ref no:225972.two weeks and still no credit requests sorted out.after a few more calls the frustration grew even bigger and customer services even refusing the matter been referred to a higher authority.i reported matter to lenasia branch and was told a response will be received in 24 hrs still waiting.can any from autopage please inform me on how to resolve this problem it would be highly appreciated
