On the 30th of January 2013, I cancelled my contract for a data device number of the device - 084 444 9726
, the letter of cancellation was faxed through to the cancellations department confirmation of fax received was printed and I have all the relevant docs
I went through to Cell C to see my upgrade options on my mobile phone only to find that i have been getting billed until the day I went in to cell c this is absolutely unacceptable, especially since this company prides itself on good service, I have never ever had such rubbish service from a company ever!
Tylene helped me at pavilion and since the 13 December (the second time I went to query it) I have had no luck getting my money back an amount of R2391.99

when I received this reference number I was assured I would receive these funds owed to me within 48 hours... It has been 2 weeks. I am beyond livid
I had to hold my husband back from literally chasing customers away in the actual store.
I want all the relevant documentation and proof of payment
I believe that I am owed more than this amount
Cell C, social media is going to hear of this very soon
