I submitted a report last week regarding BIS and the response that I got from Veronica of Mtn didn't impress me. Something that I have discovered is that all employees of Mtn speak the same language. I submitted my report last week in order to recover my money or to get a new handset other than a blackberry. Your apology doesn't help me Veronica because I'm losing money on a daily basis. I have never lost money with my previous blackberry handset and something that I have discovered is that a lot of subscribers have similar problems as mine and it all began in the same month i.e., December when you decided to "throttle" BIS. You know the truth and surely you gonna lose millions if you refund people of their hard earned money. I'm not going to give up until you give back what belongs to me. My contract is so new and I can't keep your blackberry and its side kick BIS for a period of 24 month. Your attitude of bullying customers has to end.
