On Friday 20 December I took out a contract and had my number ported from cell c. I accepted that it would take a day for the port to happen so I advised I would collect on Monday and not Saturday as advised by the consultant. on Monday I get told the port is delayed until Tuesday. I leave the store quite upset. I return Tuesday and after about 30 mins in the store I get told that they made a m
istake with my contract and they cannot give me the handset until 3 January.
I now cannot even port back to cell c so I lay a complaint on their website and they offer me a free sim card which I can only use on Friday.
I couldn't even send my communicate with family and friends over Christmas because of there error!
I feel they should honour my contract on the discounted contact which they made the error on for all the inconvenience they caused me!
