I bought my phone and contract 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for my existing contract to end so i can port my number. I was called by Cell C on Saturday to confirm my port for the Monday and now nothing has been done. I call Cell C and they cant find anything (where it was confirmed on Saturday) and no one is willing to help I am now told I need to return to the store as they cant do anything
