Vodacom
Call centre cut off

I called Vodacom call centre 082 155 on 2013/12/@16h50, informed them that I have a K 3565-Z 3G modem and bought a new sim card for it. The modem had worked before on both Mac and PC. I further informed them that Vodashop Houtbay 27 21 790 3622 sold me a new SIM card for the device 2013/12/21 (12:07:31). I asked what the installation protocol was, the Houtbay shop informed me that once plucked in it would prompt me. This I tried but did not work. (The next morning I took it back to Vodashop they informed me that I should try a different shop.)
At Cannel Walk to the Vodashop loaded the program onto my memory stick for installtion. I followed the process, but the devices switched automatically from connected to un-connected the entire time.

The call centre assisted me with a few futile attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling. At 17h25 the person on the other end noted that she need to clarify something with a fellow worker. This was followed by the usual cutoff signal experienced with call centers. Aaaand like usual I got no call centre joy.

I find it unacceptable that Vodacom can sell me a "Service" that does not work.

PLEASE HELP!!!
