I had a problem with my line-speed at home - .8Mbps on a 4Mbps line
I submitted a ticket with the help desk - [Email Removed]
I logged the call on the 15th, and received an automated reply @ 16:11 on same day
I again escalated on the 15th @ 18:57, and again on the 16th @ 09:51
First response was ONLY on the 17th @ 12:11
I even copied Gian and [Email Removed] in on these mails, but that did not even help much!!
I submitted a service-rating of 2/10, and was soon contacted to apologise and query why I gave such a low rating
I responded to this on Saturday morning at 08:33, and until date have not received any follow-up communication
Absolutely disgusted in the service
