My adsl line from telkom failed on friday 13/12/2013, and is still off till today 24/12/2013. If been logging calls to the call centre, 3 times and more daily, but been getting the run around every day. ref:50bwk171312, after a week of trying to find out when they will attend to my problem i still have no other response than waiting on available technician. My internet is provided my Adept internet Stellenbosch via MWEB,
According to both of them the problem is a telkom network issue. The call centre 10210 informed me that they cant get hold of technicians, and they are working on a sceleton staff with a backlog, Today is the day ide love to spent with family, local and abroad, but without my internet service thats not possible, a service i pat R700 p/m for..This is not to mention the work i have to do from home, im losing thousands, PLS HELP
