On 05/12/2013 I walked into Direct Store to apply for a SIMPLE & SMART TV SERVICE, on leaving thestore I was informed that within 7 days the TV would be delivered and installed, till to date nothing has happened. I was also informed to call 10212 should there be any enquiries.

This is where my frustration starts, when calling into the 10212 office, staff informs me that there is no Smart TV listed or even an order number available. After explanations the next information provided me is that we are waiting an upgrade service which must be completed first before we may continue with this application. I am very stunned and taken aback by the implication as if I am being stupid as if I am delaying the process, big mistake. Every day this week till today I have spoken to various staff WHO just pass on this problem as if it is not there concern because it was done in a Telkom Direct shop. Atrocious service I was told by 10212 (Names are mentioned but irrelevant because every time I phone in again a different person answers). Marietha Booysen
