Our fixed line and DSL line has been down for over a week after a severe lightning storm.
Been waiting patiently for a response but to date nothing!
What concerns me now that the numerous similar notfiications on this site get an escalation number.
Does that mean that they now get preference over those of us that don't complain every day?
The fault reference number I received on 2013/12/15 for 0113917747: 6CRK151213.
