No feedback about my insurance claim

Im writing about Mugg & Bean Newcastle for the third time regarding the same issue of my insurance claim. I havent received so much as a phone call from them. My claim has been outstanding for 5 months now, meaning it was probably never submitted to the necessary people by Sue of Mugg & Bean to begin with. Mugg & Bean Newcastle owes me money back for a tooth that was broken while I was there last year. They suggested that i claim from their customer liability/third party insurance. I submitted all my papers and was told I would be contacted soon thereafter. I think from now on, I will submit a complaint every week until something is done about my claim.
