Disconnected landline IN ERROR & No response!

Telephone 046-6850800 was disconnected on 08.11.2013. Telkom was advised to discontinue the Closer3 plan ONLY as telephone was not being used. Reported fault to call centre on 19.12.2013 and no communication from them. Call centre personnel on 10210 tell you to phone 10212 AND Website but this number does not exist. Another one told me to phone 10211 which also cannot transfer you to 10212 which I believe is the re-connections. Staff cannot give you an e-mail address - clearly not trained. This is VERY URGENT!!!
