Your sales person did a wonderful job of artificially inflating the value of this product, and once I had gotten time to look through it properly I realized it was a load of BS. Mentioned a number of top name companies with whom you in fact do not deal with, Game, Dion Wired, HiFi Corp, Spurt, to name a few.
I called in to cancel and apparently someone needs to call me back, now I did this last Thursday and nothing yet, now I cannot imagine the cancellations department is that busy so I see no reason it should take more than 2-4 hours to get back to me, 24 on the absolute extreme.
Considering the circumstances I also reject the 30 day cancellation period, I was only a member for a few days and I was sold the product under false pretenses, to consider it completely useless would be a compliment. Therefor I expect nothing less than an immediate cancellation at no cost to myself what soever.
I also expect your staff to be better trained, being a salesmen does require some embellishment, but there is a massive difference being and embellishment and a blatant lie.
