8ta's Internet recently got very slow. When you try to contact customer care they keep putting you through a bunch of people and each time no one can tell you what can resolve you're issue with the network.
I am paying R200 each month for SLOW Internet and it is a waste of time to pay for poor service.
I have talked to many 8ta consultants and every one just says "I don't know what to say".
VERY POOR SERVICE!
